Who is responsible
This website is operated by Lyubomir Lyubenov, a photographer based in Sofia, Bulgaria. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests: info@lyubenov.com.
Contact enquiries
The form emails your name, email address and message to info@lyubenov.com. I use these details to reply and discuss your enquiry. For service requests, processing supports steps you request before entering a contract; for other correspondence, it supports the legitimate interest of responding. Enquiries are not added to a marketing list.
Correspondence is retained in the mailbox for as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting work. Contractual or legal obligations may require longer retention. You can request deletion. Contact-form contents are not sent to PostHog.
Spam protection
We use self-hosted ALTCHA verification. Your browser solves a short computational challenge that the server verifies. This uses no Google reCAPTCHA, advertising identifiers or tracking cookies. The server temporarily stores signed challenges and a cryptographic hash of the IP address to limit abuse. Challenges last five minutes and can be used only once. Rate-limit records expire after an hour and are removed on the next request.
Cookies and browser storage
Optional storage and analytics are off by default. Accepting optional cookies is not a condition of browsing or sending an enquiry. Your choice is separate on each of the two websites.

PostHog
With your consent we use PostHog’s European ingestion endpoint (eu.i.posthog.com) to measure visits. This includes visited URLs, referring site, timestamps, browser/device information and a pseudonymous identifier. The provider also receives network information needed for the request. Session replay and automatic interaction capture are disabled. PostHog privacy policy.
Changing your choice
You can reject optional storage or change individual categories at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops future PostHog capture and clears its browser storage. It does not undo processing before withdrawal; contact us to request deletion of previously collected data.
Hosting, links and your rights
The hosting service processes ordinary request information, including IP addresses, requested resources and technical errors, for operation and security. Contact forms and their protection run on our server. Photographs, fonts and CAPTCHA files are self-hosted. External links lead to separate services with their own policies.
Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to certain processing. You can complain to Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection or your competent supervisory authority. cpdp.bg.
